How Does it Work? Pigment is deposited under the skin to add colour and definition. You can have the brows you always wanted, fuller lips and eyeliner which stays put, no matter what!

There are a variety of possible treatment areas…

Brows: They really do frame the face, they can lift the eyes, give a more youthful appearance and even change how the nose is perceived. Most celebrities have this enhancement although you’d never guess as it can be done in a very subtle natural looking way.

Lips: The lips can be made fuller and definition added, if loss of shape has happened then this can be corrected. As well as lip-liner there is also an option to have Lip-liner and Blush  which is when the colour is taken through the lip itself, this softens the line and adds colour to the whole lip. All you then need is gloss and you ´re good to go!

Eyeliner : For definition of the eye, eye liner can be done thick, Latino style, thin or very subtly just to make it look like you have thick eyelashes. It can look subtle, the way it looks when you’ve just removed your mascara and there is a bit colour still in the lashes.

How Long Does it Last?Semi Permanent Make up lasts from around 12 months to many years depending on the colour chosen and the skin tone  Brows generally need a colour re fresh every 12 months or so, Eyeliner lasts longer as its generally black and the sun doesn’t get to it easily. Lips generally 1-3 years.

Will it Hurt? It’s not painless but most people say it’s not as bad as they thought it would be. Discomfort is kept to a minimum with topical numbing creams.

What Happens? First the client will explain what they would like to achieve from having the procedure and discuss the colour and shape. A stencil is then drawn on and once you are happy with the shape the colour is mixed and tried on the skin. Usually a lighter shade is used on the 1st treatment and this can be darkened if need be on the 2nd treatment approximately a month or so later.
