Meetings and Migraines – Elemis Instant Refreshing Gel

Meetings and migraines must be very good friends. They always seem to make an appearance together. They’re like a dastardly duo, working together to make your head feel like a glass balloon – you feel so full of pressure and ready to crack. We’ve all been there.

Between deadline drama and a hectic work schedule, sometimes it’s difficult to have your head feeling clear. You can search for “how to cure migraines” and get the same old wives’ tales, and still get nowhere.

What is the Shrinking Violet Body Wrap?

The Shrinking Violet wrap is a painless, effortless process that can successfully remove fat in problem areas, such as thighs, buttocks and abdomen.

Created by Tibby Olivier, it is one of the most powerful body wrap products available in salons today.

Unlike traditional wraps, Shrinking Violet doesn’t work by dehydration but by something called Lipolysis. This is achieved by the Shrinking Violet oil, catalysed by heat.

I know what you might be thinking:
“Wait, what?”

When your 60 minutes are up, your treatment is complete!
