Digital/Marketing Intern – Part time/FT during Summer 2013
Excellent internship opportunities in Marketing have arisen within a successful and innovative retail/leisure business operating in four locations throughout Scotland.
We are looking for ambitious and innovative individuals to assist with our brand communications and digital marketing strategy planning. There may be the possibility of two internships depending on applications.
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Manage, create & post fresh, relevant and ‘on brand’ content through blog postings, You Tube, social and digital media channels, in line with PURE’s marketing strategies.
- Expand blogger outreach programme, sourcing new bloggers to connect with and executing existing campaign
- Research potential digital channels be should be utilising
- Assisting the creation of the PURE Festive 2013 campaign
- Researching and creating products for the thriving corporate health & wellness market
- Marketing Campaign measurement/analytics
- Webshop Administration Tasks
- Creating PR communications
Key skills:
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to produce clear, concise and on-brand copy
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm to keep up with the latest trends and techniques in digital and social media.
- Graphic design skills (photoshop) would be an advantage but not essential
- Passion for beauty/fashion industry
- Good communication skills offline & online
- Proactive nature
- Educated to degree level
Experience
- Working towards a degree in Marketing or Digital related IT/Marketing degree preferred or related subjects, or related experience. Preferably in 3/4th year of study.
Location
Edinburgh (occasional travel to other locations in the group may be required)
Home working may be available depending on successful candidate and a period of probation.

16 – 20 hours a week part time during term time
